Finally done!  750 layers later.. I am finished with this. This has taken me a grand total of about a month to complete. (on and off) About 20 hours or so of actual work. CC and whatnot appreciated. Click for deviation and full sized image

Well I still feel it's a bit boring tbh, I try to be different but it just seems like a well executed interface template to me, nothing spectacular. But it's hard with interface now.. it can only go so far and it feels like it's all been done before. Which is why I'm straying away from it, and just doing whatever I feel like. Anyway, thanks for the comment.

What the!? This is a pure work of art! It is very nice. The "imperfections" in the metal really add a dimension to the work and the grass contrasts with everything. Well, it's immense.

Saw it on dA but didn't feel like commenting there. Ok, few critiques. 1. Search button = hard to read because of the stream. It's a great effect, but it makes it difficult to read. Maybe if the A was a bit more visible or the effect was shifted to the end of the button it'd look a bit better. 2. Info center cracks. It looks like it should be hanging at an angle because of the cracks making it lose all support, assuming it is a realistic structure. Obviously this isn't possible overall to do because the text has to remain flat. Maybe add some support? Past that, I don't really see any flaws with the piece. Well done. Loving the grass effect and the water.

Thanks criss.. I disagree about the search button, as this is an artistic piece overall.. but in a way I do agree since it's going to be sold.. to likely design noobs. I'm so good at contradicting myself. -.-
As for the IC support.. I actually did think think of adding cable lines to support the left side, but I said meh.. maybe the top part is REALLY sturdy steal. xD
It was more of a lazy thing.. I might try something when I'm bored sometime though.
