I find it useless, as I find scrolling to be not that much of a bother on the main page.

I use it, but only because I'm a lazy ass. If loading times would decrease significantly (or even quasi-significantly) by removing that feature, I say take it out.

I hava JavaScript disabled 95% of the time. Too many websites and forums that are badly coded where I get nothing but errors in my console. I only have it on when I am coding myself or using GMail.
