I live in south-west England, I've never had one.  Well move to somewhere it does snow.

We never get snow days. It's rather annoying. Best part of the snow is definately being able to sled on it.

Sledding's always fun.... though I never have time to anymore. No hills near me, all across town. Maybe next year when I can drive that won't be such a problem. I personally prefer snowball fights, though someone usually gets hurt.
