That's some sage advice.
Just gonna suggest a couple of things that I noticed right away. What's Good:--First, I want to say that you have decent looking forum. It's not the greatest but for a coding forum just starting out it's a step in the right direction. --You've already got a pretty good amount of codes in your database which is going to help you get those members. What needs work:--Your background would look better centered. --Board/cell highlight seems a bit off-color. Try matching blues then using a shade darker or lighter. --Your admin and graphic mod name colors could use some tweaking. The red clashes with your windowbg2 color and the blue mod names might be easier to read if they were a shade or two lighter. --Last, your news fader is fading only one line of news. Add more news, or remove the news fader all together. Thass all I got. Good luck with your forum, Night.

I am going to take the news fader down soon...
