Mark Zuckerberg (founder of Facebook) was named Time Person of the Year 2010 today. Julian Assange (founder of Wikileaks) was the Time People's Choice Person of the year. Thoughts on either of them being recognized like this? I personally thought Assange should have been the Person of the Year. But whatever.

I see a "All your bases are belong to us" face... <_< Which is probably what he is thinking in that photo. Zuckerberg's gonna take over the world.

I love how no one comments on the rest of Josh's point. Either way, I'm surprised it was Zuckerberg this year as opposed to last. I would have expected Assange this year, though it could still be him next year. Edit: I had to turn off my "harmful content" hiding extension to see his face.

When I saw the magazine at first, I thought someone decided to photoshop the eyes some unnatural green color but forgot the rest of the face. xP But I suppose he deserves some of the recognition - I mean, how hard is it to come up with a single server and pretty much get the entire world to use it as part of their daily lives? I know there are some people who don't have a facebook, but the number that do is pretty staggering.
