Quite a nice piece... BUT

The stock isn't very well blended into the background... and the text doesn't fit.. IMO.

The background is quite nice though, good brushing

Maybe you could also make use of the space aswell.. there is a lot of emptyness... (or you could just make the sig less wide )

For the stock try putting it on Luminosuty, duplicating it and putting that on soft light, then duplicate again, and put it on normal(50% opacity). That will probably work.

As for the text, try something less grungy and more professional. And not so many effects on it. Try Arial, with a gradient overlay and a stroke.

But not bad, next thing you will Pat's beta tester =P
