Well, the second isn't loading, so I'll just give my opinions on the first. Weeeell, I really like it! The background is amazing. I love the abstracty/grunge mix. It reminds me somewhat of FFX for some reason. The border looks pretty cool, too. I like the dotty effect. The text doesn't look too bad, but it looks a bit hard to see. I'd try and make it stand out a little more. One other thing that I'd do is make it a little smaller, but that's only personal preference. Well, you have an ace siggy there. Keep up the good work.

370x140 is small Thanks for the comments. As you may or may not know, im a huge N00B at text lol. Seriously, i am. I can never seem to add text to anything so that it matches well, and stands otu etc.. i dunno why..
