I see no bug.  I just see columns that aren't stretched properly. But yeah, that's probably the reason. Or lack of 100 posts and threads.

If your skin is set to v2, the moderator's message for the premades board doesn't show up. Like the one that starts with "[ hr]"

Now that'd be a bug in module. It worked before the last recode/optimization of v2. Anyways, that should be partially fixed... you'll see the "Message" link with the other quick reply links. And I'm totally not fixing the fact it wraps to the next line.
